Refund Policy

Diya Social Foundation appreciates your support and generosity.

1. General Rule

As a general rule, we do not provide refunds for donations. All donations are final.

2. Exceptions

However, if an error occurs during the transaction process (e.g., duplicate deduction or incorrect amount entered by mistake), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Process

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please email us at diyasocialfoundation@gmail.com with the following details:

• Date of donation
• Amount donated
• Transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 10-15 business days.
